The New Estate of green tourism have 10 rooms (one floor and two attics) is located in the shoreline area of the new building district in Shatsk, distance to the lake is 300 meters. In the yard: the place for a fire, barbecues. For additional payment: firewood and equipment for picnic, hiking, fishing, rent kayaks, boats, bicycles, horseback riding.

All rooms: one-and two-bed rooms with air conditioning, bathrooms, they  have natural wood furniture and doors, high-quality wallpapers on the walls, some rooms have  fireplaces. There are common lounges with fireplaces, dining room and terrace. Rooms are equipped in high-level hotel class: slippers, hygiene kits and perfumes, a set of bath and beach towels, daily maid service. In the room: small library, satellite TV, board games.

Food: 3, 4 times a day, according to a customized menu, for additional  payment (from 100 UAH / person/ day) - home cooking with the maximum use of environmentally friendly products of local origin, including fish, meat, dairy products , berries, mushrooms and a home brewed beer, yogurt, fresh fruit juices. You can order individual dishes. In the food basically not used: frozen foods (cooling only), additives and seasonings of unnatural origin, surrogates, intermediate, fillings, ready-made sauces, ketchup, soda, plastic, aluminum, low-quality cookware.

Transfer and a meeting with the train or another transport are possible. There is a parking for cars.
